Research Associate, Autophagy

This position requires a Research Associate to perform various lab-based tasks related to autophagy research. The role involves plate-based assay qualification, CSF collection from mice, brain tissue processing, human PBMC culturing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plate-based assays for human and mouse biofluids
• Collect CSF from mice and process brain tissue for assays
• Participate in human PBMC culturing and downstream processing
• Support the development of new assays
• Analyze and present experimental data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of pipetting, serial dilutions, and plate-based assays
• Experience with tissue processing techniques
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze and communicate experimental results clearly
• Quick learner and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
