Security Labs Engineer

Own end-to-end Security Labs projects: scope, design, prototype, pilot, results. Build novel security infra: isolated clusters, hardened access, cryptographic verification. Scale successful experiments toward production across clusters. Work with research teams to stress-test workflows under extreme security. Evaluate and integrate emerging security tech with vendors and research groups. Write decision-ready reports for Anthropic's long-term security architecture. 7+ years of software or security engineering experience. Pilots or applied research delivering a working solution. Strong Python and a systems language (Go, Rust, or C/C++). Hands-on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and networking basics. Cross-functional delivery with ML researchers, infra engineers, and vendors. Bachelor's in CS or related field, or equivalent. Competitive compensation and benefits.
