The company aims to streamline the selling process for hobbyists and entrepreneurs in the plant and collectible market, offering features that enhance both the shopping and selling experience.Armed Security Services • Unarmed Security Services • Event Security Management • Mobile Patrol Services • Access Control Solutions• Implement training materials to onboard new sellers to the platform via virtual group calls. • Host two sellers onboarding sessions daily. • Thoughtfully and courteously respond to seller questions during the training calls. • Work with the Seller Onboarding team to refine new seller training materials. • Create virtual training materials like blogs or videos with the team to help new sellers. • Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge and features to provide the most up-to-date training for new sellers. • Perform other duties or projects as assigned. • Occasionally travel throughout the year to connect with team members and sellers at tradeshows or events.• 2-3 years of experience as a training specialist or manager. • Comfortable on camera and talking to large groups of people. • Ability to create well-rounded presentation decks that are intuitive and easy to digest. • Team player who works well with others. • Courteous and detailed written communication skills. • Flexibility and understanding of the fast-paced environment we work in. • Strong learning ability and self-starting attitude. • Determined problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks at hand. • Excellent technical skills - mobile app technical skills are vital in this role.• Generous healthcare contribution • Dental • Vision • Paid time off • 12 paid holidays • 401k match • Palmstreet credit
