Perform PCBA receiving inspections and QA checks on avionics systems. Travel ~80% to supplier sites to perform source inspections and audits. Maintain inspection records and traceability for avionics components. Stay current with avionics QA standards and regulations. Provide guidance and training on avionics inspection techniques. Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow safety practices. Minimum 5 years as PCBA inspector in manufacturing. Proficient in solder joints, crimping, and conformal coating per NASA 8739 and IPC-A-610. Knowledge of cable harness assembly and inspection per NASA-STD-8739.3/8739.4 and IPC-A-620. Experience with continuity testing using DMM and portable measuring devices. Familiar with avionics systems and ability to read engineering drawings.
