Join Ethena Labs as a Senior Business Development Associate and play a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of cutting-edge digital dollar products—including USDe, USDtb, and other core stablecoin solutions. You will work collaboratively with the Commercial and cross-functional teams to drive partnerships, integrations, and ecosystem growth. This remote-friendly opportunity is ideal for an ambitious, self-motivated professional with deep expertise in stablecoins, DeFi, and crypto business development.

Job Overview

Drive adoption and growth of Ethena Labs’ digital dollar products through strategic partnerships and integrations.
Work directly with product, technical, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to onboard partners and execute go-to-market strategies.
Represent Ethena Labs in industry events, online forums, and calls to enhance brand presence and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and close new partnership opportunities across DeFi, exchanges, wallets, and fintech platforms.
Build and nurture relationships with liquidity providers, on/off-ramps, payment processors, and blockchain foundations.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to support smooth partner integrations.
Conduct market research on asset issuance, DeFi trends, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy.
Manage the partnership process from outreach and negotiation to legal review and coordination of launches.
Engage in co-marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with partners through cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in partnerships, growth, and integrations in crypto, DeFi, or stablecoin-focused organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced remote environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Notion for data and information management.
Track record of securing major partnerships or driving growth outcomes in previous roles.
Established industry network with operators, investors, and traders.
Strong social media presence to promote Ethena Labs’ brand.
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
