Execute procurement to ensure material availability for production schedules. Build strong supplier partnerships to improve quality, delivery, and cost. Manage RTV with QA, warehouse, and suppliers for nonconforming materials. Analyze spend, negotiate pricing, and drive cost reduction and lead-time improvements. Collaborate with Sourcing to qualify new suppliers and dual-sourcing strategies. Monitor open orders and expedite to maintain production continuity. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or materials management in manufacturing (robotics/automation/electronics preferred). Experience managing suppliers including Contract Manufacturers for key commodities. Strong negotiation and contract management with focus on total cost of ownership. Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle). Lean principles and continuous improvement knowledge. Proficient English communication, both written and verbal. On-site role in Wilmington, MA with up to 10% travel. Equal Opportunity Employer.
