Senior Client Partner, Large Customer Sales (Tech)

Manage and deepen relationships with partners to drive YoY revenue growth. Proactively construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients. Establish new client relationships and educate them on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform. Leverage agency and client relationships to identify new Reddit ad buyers. Use data from internal/external sources to inform client strategies and pitches. Meet deadlines to ensure top-tier client service. Act as internal lead by volunteering in team meetings and special projects. Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation; set expectations and next steps. Serve as primary client contact for platform updates, releases, and opportunities. Provide strategic, proactive consultative advice to grow client relationships. Identify client needs and align goals with new platform opportunities. Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet and exceed marketing goals. Shape Reddit ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback and metrics with stakeholders. Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist with partners and at events. Mentor and train team members with industry, client, and product knowledge. Collaborate with other Client Partners and Account Managers for cohesive strategy.
