Senior Data Analyst, Commercial & Operations

Develop data tools and insights for on-road performance and commercial goals. Design and implement metrics/dashboards to improve decision making and efficiency. Collaborate with Data Scientists/Analysts on commercialization, ops, safety, hardware, and software. Partner with Data Science Analytics and Engineering to adopt best practices. 3-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role. End-to-end analytics projects; build and maintain data pipelines. Advanced SQL/PostgreSQL and data engineering practices. Experience with DBT and data visualization tools. Proficient in Python; readable, maintainable code. Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication (exec translation). Annual bonus eligibility. Equity compensation. Benefits package.
