Senior Financial Analyst, Retail FP&A

Partner with commercial, ops, and finance teams on drivers and reporting Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance Support quarterly and annual budgeting/forecasting for retail Deliver clear leadership reporting packages Analyze results, trends, and variances vs plan Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and visibility Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3–5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience Experience in multi-unit retail environments preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling; BI tools preferred Power BI and Tableau experience a plus Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills Major medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match FSA/HSA options LTD/STD and life insurance Paid holidays and time off Bonuses, stock options and employee discounts
