Job Overview

Develop a custom microprocessor for waveform generation and control logic. Collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software to define architecture and interfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Implement, simulate, and verify designs including DSP pipelines and high-speed I/O
  • Optimize latency, resource usage, and robustness for production
  • Develop and maintain testbenches, verification flows, and CI
  • Support bring-up, lab validation, and debugging with Quantum Engineering
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • 7+ years in FPGA design and development for complex mixed-signal systems
  • Experience architecting a new design from the ground up
  • Proficiency in Verilog and/or VHDL with toolchains (Xilinx/Intel/Altera)
  • Strong understanding of processor architecture and/or digital signal processing
  • Experience with high-speed serial interfaces (PCIe, JESD, SERDES)
