Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with both potential and existing customers, focusing on providing outstanding service and expert guidance on Nofence solutions. Adaptability and a proactive approach are key, as you will support our clients through various stages of the sales process in a rapidly evolving company environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on inquiries and conduct follow-up calls with prospective and current customers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on Nofence products, ensuring customers are well-informed and supported.
  • Be adaptable and proactive in taking on outreach sales or cold calling if needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and contribute to company growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a sales consultant or in a similar tech-focused sales role.
  • Background or knowledge in agriculture, pasture management, or animal husbandry.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Independent, self-driven, and highly organized.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine interest in supporting farmers.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (practical experience can compensate).
  • Keen interest in learning new technology and product features.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
