Expertise in CS enablement; strong Customer Success background preferred. Background in digital health, SaaS, or health tech preferred. Operate with a high degree of autonomy. Exceptional organizational skills; manage many projects with stakeholders. Strong writing skills; experience drafting slide scripts and emails. Familiar with GTM tools: Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Salesloft. Travel up to 20% annually.
