Senior Manager of Operational Test

Lead mission planning for flight test ops: timelines, resources, readiness. Coordinate with engineers, pilots, ground ops, and safety teams. Develop mission plans, procedures, and execution checklists. Oversee daily mission readiness reviews and briefings. Manage integration of new mission systems and payloads with aircraft. Plan and deploy mission ops teams to remote/test locations. Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, aviation, operations management, or related field. 10+ years in aviation, aerospace, defense, or mission operations. Experience coordinating complex operations with multiple teams/systems. Experience with flight test operations, mission planning, or aviation operations. Strong leadership and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
