Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO)

Lead and evolve the PMO to align with Professional Services strategy. Define project lifecycle, governance frameworks, and delivery standards. Hire, develop, and lead a team of 8 Project Managers; manage capacity. Drive a project-management culture across delivery teams. Oversee the portfolio of implementations and report performance. Build centralized Professional Services metrics dashboard and reporting. 8+ years PM in B2B SaaS. 3+ years leading PMOs or PMs. Strong delivery metrics knowledge: utilization, margin, CSAT. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. Experience building delivery frameworks and maturing PMO. PMP certification; Bachelor's degree required.
