Senior NDE Engineer

This position involves serving as the NDE point of contact for rocket parts, resolving supplier NDE and quality issues, and driving product improvements to reduce risk, lead times, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the NDE point of contact for rocket parts
• Resolve supplier NDE and quality issues
• Drive product improvements to reduce risk, lead times, and cost
• Lead containment activities for NDE processes
• Collaborate with procurement to identify exceptional suppliers

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 6+ years of manufacturing or processing engineering experience
• Experience with machining, sheet metal, composites, and related processes
• Experience with aerospace NDE methods: ET, MT, PT, UT, RT/DR, VT
• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FAI, and supplier quality processes
• Knowledge of ISO 9000/TS/AS9100 and quality systems
