Lead designs for Vault Quality apps, turning complex requirements into elegant UX Provide design direction in a fast-paced, evolving environment Present concepts and research to peers and leadership, explaining decisions Partner with PM, Dev, QA to move from design to testing and launch Produce mocks, flows, prototypes to define end-to-end experiences Mentor designers and improve design processes within the team 5+ years creating compelling user experiences, preferably in enterprise SaaS Strong balance of interaction and visual design; ability to create pixel-perfect mocks Shipped products or features with impact shown in portfolio Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; rapidly conceive and visualize design solutions Excellent oral and written communication skills Mastery of Figma; Degree or equivalent in HCI/Graphic/Interaction Design Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance PTO and company paid holidays Retirement programs 1% charitable giving program
