Job Overview

Lead product management for senior and value-based care solutions within a cloud-based healthcare platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software products for skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and healthcare providers.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance care quality and financial performance.
Contribute to a vibrant, inclusive culture recognized for excellence and employee empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial software products through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.
Develop and execute product strategies that align with organizational goals and market needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive business results.
Leverage data insights to improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare operations.
Champion agile methodologies and design thinking to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Computer Science, IT, or a healthcare-related field (preferred).
5-7 years of experience in product management, ideally in healthcare technology.
Proven track record in managing large product lines and commercial software products.
Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
