Job Overview

Lead strategic customer education programs for Airtable users.
Develop scalable educational content and resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives.
Measure and enhance the effectiveness of learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement customer education strategies.
Create engaging learning materials and documentation.
Manage program delivery and track KPIs.
Partner with product, marketing, and support teams.
Continuously improve education processes and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in program management and customer education.
Strong communication and instructional design skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and user enablement.
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
