As a Senior Recruiter for G&A and People functions, you will own full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with leaders to define hiring strategies and attract exceptional talent. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for People and G&A functions.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and interview strategies.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches while ensuring high candidate quality.
  • Provide market insights and talent pipeline updates to hiring managers.
  • Use recruiting data to identify opportunities for improving hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with compensation and HR business partners to develop competitive offers.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate ATS management and structured hiring practices.
  • Uphold confidentiality while recruiting for sensitive organizational functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for G&A and People functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Corporate Operations).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Comfortable using recruiting data to influence hiring strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and candidate experience management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
