Outliant, now proudly part of Ignite Visibility, is seeking an experienced Senior SEO Strategist to lead our franchise and multi-location SEO initiatives. This fully remote, US-based role is ideal for a senior SEO leader with agency experience, a passion for innovation, and strong supervisory skills. Join our globally diverse team to drive comprehensive SEO strategies, mentor team members, and deliver high-impact results for franchise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement national-to-local SEO strategies tailored to franchise accounts, prioritizing hyper-local optimization.
Lead and mentor a team of SEO coordinators, specialists, project managers, and interns, fostering best practices and continuous growth.
Oversee the execution of on-site, technical, and link-building SEO initiatives across multiple locations and brands.
Analyze SEO performance metrics, identify opportunities and risks, and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with stakeholders.
Facilitate regular team meetings, delegate tasks effectively, and provide strategic insights to enhance team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including franchise and multi-location SEO expertise.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager.
Strong background in agency digital marketing, with proven leadership and supervisory experience.
Expertise in on-site SEO, technical SEO, link building, and keyword assignments.
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
Working knowledge of WordPress, blogging, and major social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Understanding of how social media integrates with SEO strategies.
Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time) in a fully remote environment.
