Responsibilities

• Ability to install commercial and open-source applications for use on a large multi-platform network.
• Work closely with Engineering customers to understand business needs, perform root cause analysis, help drive issue resolution, and propose process improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues by assessing multiple components such as software, network, data access, user environment, OS, and licensing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering preferred.
• 5-6+ years of relevant work experience in industry.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and communication skills in English.
