Senior Staff Machine Learning Scientist, Operations

Define and execute ML strategy for Operations and beyond. Define reusable ML architectures and standards for multiple teams. Serve as senior technical authority for ML practices. Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Leadership to embed ML in core processes. Promote responsible AI with fairness, robustness, and transparency. Mentor ML practitioners and elevate ML skills across the org. Engage with the ML community via conferences, blogs and open source. Proven track record leading large-scale ML initiatives with business impact. Led reusable ML modelling patterns, architectures, or infra across orgs. Experience with state-of-the-art DL models, LLMs, and AI architectures. Proficient in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch; microservices (Go). Extensive experience with real-time ML, RL, graph models, NLP. Able to communicate complex ML concepts to tech and non-tech audiences; influence execs. Thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing envs; proactive problem solving. Passion for mentoring; elevate ML skills; influence strategy. Visa sponsorship available. UK relocation support.
