Webflow is seeking a remote Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term / Engineering Focus) to join our team on a contract basis. As a leading platform for responsive web design, CMS, and hosting, Webflow is dedicated to building world-class engineering talent to drive innovation and growth. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, partnering with our engineering teams to identify, attract, and hire top-tier technical professionals.

Job Overview

Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for engineering roles across the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering positions.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate records and reporting for all recruitment activities.
Advise on market trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of technical skill sets and engineering disciplines.
Expertise with modern recruiting tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
