Senior Technical Sourcer (Remote)

Lead outbound sourcing for Senior/Staff/Principal engineers Support sourcing across Product, Operations, and IT roles Build, test, and optimize creative sourcing strategies Develop and maintain talent maps of Tier 1 engineering orgs Conduct intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers Partner with Engineering leadership on hiring plans 5+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, outbound focus Proven track record sourcing senior/principal engineers Experience with Tier1 firms or high-growth startups (in-house or RPO) Creative/resourceful in engaging talent beyond LinkedIn Experience building outbound strategies from scratch Data-driven and comfortable with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools Stock-options package Health benefits include medical, dental and vision 401K Long-term disability Unlimited PTO Life insurance
