We are looking for an experienced Heatmaps Expert to help us analyze and optimize the user experience on our Shopify store. We are currently using Hotjar and/or Lucky Orange, and we need an expert to provide detailed insights and actionable recommendations based on the data from these tools. Responsibilities: Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior data on our Shopify store. Identify key areas where users are dropping off or experiencing friction. Provide a comprehensive breakdown of suggestions for improving user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance. Recommend specific changes to design, layout, navigation, and other aspects of the website based on insights gathered. Help with setting up or configuring Hotjar or Lucky Orange (if necessary). Deliver clear, concise reports with actionable recommendations and prioritization. Track the results of any changes and measure the impact on user engagement and conversions. Requirements: Proven experience working with Hotjar and/or Lucky Orange for heatmap analysis and user behavior insights. In-depth understanding of Shopify platform and eCommerce best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills to explain complex data insights in a clear and understandable way. Experience with A/B testing, UX/UI design, and conversion rate optimization is a plus. Ability to work independently and provide expert guidance to optimize our website.
