Deel is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our SMB team serving the MENA region. This full-time remote role offers the flexibility to work from the United Arab Emirates, Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, or Ireland. As part of Deel, a leader in payroll and compliance for international teams, you will drive growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the SMB market.

Job Overview

Remote, full-time position focused on sales development for SMB clients in the MENA region.
Work from multiple international locations within Europe and the Middle East.
Contribute to Deel’s mission of simplifying payroll and compliance for global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential SMB leads in the MENA region.
Engage with prospects via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Support pipeline growth and conversion for Deel's payroll and compliance solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales development or similar roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales outreach tools.
Understanding of payroll and compliance solutions is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
