You will connect influencer marketing with creative content creation, build lasting partnerships, adapt successful posts, and develop unique ideas for faceless social content. Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new influencers, ambassadors, and affiliate partners across the DACH region.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with content creators.
Translate and localize successful content from other markets for the German audience.
Develop original faceless content ideas for Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
Write creative, humorous, and impactful captions and scripts in native-level German.
Monitor DACH social media trends and leverage them for content strategy.
Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
Support brand events and activations in collaboration with international teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Native-level German proficiency (C1–C2) and strong English skills.
Familiarity with the German social media and influencer landscape.
Expertise in TikTok and Instagram content creation and trend spotting.
Creativity, humor, high energy, and a hands-on approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for food, nutrition, and high-quality products.
Flexible, reliable, and eager to grow with a fast-paced brand.
Ideal for recent graduates or junior marketers seeking growth in influencer and content marketing.
