Solutions Architect Opportunity

Centorrino Technologies, a leading IT services provider in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a dynamic Solutions Architect to design secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions for diverse sectors including government, healthcare, education, and not-for-profit. This hybrid role bridges business objectives with technical implementation, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document innovative technology solutions that align with client needs and Centorrino Technologies’ service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation and transition to operations.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, scopes of work, and estimates.
• Conduct technical workshops and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement by staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, and endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam) and business continuity planning.
• Proficiency in solution design, technical documentation, and diagram creation.
• Experience with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, PowerAutomate).
• Excellent client engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of IT service delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
