Solutions Engineer (US Startup Program)

Help AI startups adopt graph + LLM solutions in Neo4j’s Startup Program. Design and scale Neo4j-based architectures for production use. Serve as primary technical contact for startups and guide success. Collaborate with Field/Product teams to align on tech strategies. Support startups from experimentation to production adoption. Neo4j/graph experience: data modeling, Cypher, tuning. Solutions engineering/architecture or similar customer-facing role. Move between high-level architecture and detailed guidance; collaborate with stakeholders. AI/LLM skills: interest/experience; LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG; vector tools. Customer-facing communication: explain tech to audiences; lead calls. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; proven experience. Stock options and potential annual bonus.
