Spike Inlet Engineer

Support mechanism design reviews for manufacturability and integration. Develop and validate welded joints and welding processes. Create detailed build and test plans with work instructions. Lead build, test, and integration of spike inlet and related subsystems. Support ground and flight test campaigns and system integration.

• Develop tooling fixtures and test setups for assembly and test
• Lead build, test, and integration of spike inlet and related subsystems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Experience building, assembling, welding, and integrating hardware
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assemblies, tools, fabrication
• CAD experience: NX, SolidWorks, or similar
• Familiarity with GD&T and tolerance analysis
