We are looking for a Creative Director to lead and manage our marketing department in our sports apparel company. This is a long-term role for someone who can develop and execute high-level marketing strategies while also handling any unfilled roles within the department. About the Role: You will oversee all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency and growth. Our current marketing team includes one specialist focused on paid ads and email marketing. All other marketing responsibilities will fall under your leadership and execution. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Oversee social media management, email marketing, paid advertising, and sponsorship initiatives. Procure and manage user-generated content (UGC) and influencer sponsorships. Lead branding efforts, content creation, and overall marketing direction. Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a marketing leadership role. Strong expertise in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, sponsorships, and UGC. Ability to manage multiple aspects of marketing while also executing hands-on when needed. A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong communication and project management skills. Looking for a long-term role with opportunities for growth.
