Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate degree/Diploma in Business or HR required
  • CCP certification or progress toward it strongly preferred
  • 6+ years progressive compensation experience in large/multi-location org
  • Experience with surveys, job evaluation methods, incentives
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, market pricing, HRIS/compensation systems, Excel, and data analysis
