Sr. Critical Lift & Transport Engineer (Falcon)

Lead planning and execution of critical lifts and heavy-haul transports. Coordinate with leadership to integrate lifts into program plans. Develop lift plans and rigging designs using CAD. Oversee on-site lift operations, dry runs, monitoring, and debriefs. Interface with vendors for equipment rentals and crane operations. Present certification packages to NASA/US Space Force and others. Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 5+ years hands-on with mechanical/structural hardware. 2+ years crane lifting, rigging, or transport operations. 7+ years heavy lifts/rigging in aerospace/defense with AFSPCMAN 91-710. NCCCO/NCCER crane certs or PE license. Experience with Siemens NX or SOLIDWORKS CAD. Medical, vision, and dental coverage. 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
