Drive AI strategy to improve insights and self-service for reps. Partner with GTM Leadership, Finance, Product, and IT for scalability. 5+ years in sales compensation or revenue ops. Experience creating enablement content for a Sales org. Expertise designing and administering variable GTM comp (Consumption model preferred). Experience in revenue operations, strategy, planning at high-growth tech co. Content development and executive summaries expertise. Self-starter; independent and team player; Databricks familiarity.
