Sr. Technical Recruiter Project

This role involves sourcing and screening technical candidates and partnering with internal clients to drive recruitment processes. The Sr. Technical Recruiter will develop innovative recruitment strategies, consult on sourcing strategy and selection criteria, lead recruitment projects, and provide relevant reporting. Experience recruiting in software or technology, specifically AI engineering roles, is essential.

• Strong sourcing using web-based tools and advanced search strings
• Agency experience for prioritization and volume management
• Experience hiring in competitive technical hubs
• Experience hiring in Canadian and American regions
