Act as primary liaison between Support and Engineering for upcoming features. Lead cross-functional incident response; coordinate with Eng, Escalation, Support. Application Debugging: deep troubleshooting for Java/Scala/Python apps. Big Data Ecosystems: Spark/Hadoop and distributed systems expertise. Database Management: debug and tune SQL DBs, Postgres preferred. Automation & Tooling: build automation with Python or Bash. Infrastructure & Networking: Linux admin, kernel troubleshooting, TCP/IP.
