Mozilla is seeking a dedicated Staff Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team. Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret financial data to support corporate decision-making.
Develop, track, and report on budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial operations.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization is a plus.
Authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
