Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Mapping

Design and develop novel ML models for 2D/3D mapping and perception Contribute to large-scale, automated mapping pipelines Provide technical leadership; enforce coding and ML best practices Set the vision for the team and build technical roadmaps Coordinate cross-functional work with Mapping, Perception, Planner, Simulation, and Data Science Drive metrics and tools to guide development and validate algorithms MS or PhD or equivalent experience (5+ years) in Computer Science or related field Experience in computer vision or robotics Experience with training and deploying deep learning models Proficiency in Python and/or C++ Experience leading cross-functional projects HD maps, 3D CV/SLAM, or geospatial data experience Base salary plus Amazon RSUs and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights Sign-on bonus may be offered Benefits include PTO, sick leave, vacation, bereavement Health, long-term care, disability, and life insurance
