Job Overview

Join our team as a Staff Supply Chain Program Manager where you will play a crucial role in orchestrating end-to-end supply chain launch and ramp to scale. You will be responsible for aligning Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and sourcing strategies and collaborating with Global Supply Managers, Material Planners, and Logistics Managers.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end supply chain launch and ramp to scale
• Align Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with Global Supply Managers, Material Planners, and Logistics Managers
• Design strategic supply/demand scenarios to inform ramp and bottlenecks
• Develop Make vs. Buy and Total Cost of Ownership models

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years in PM, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations in high-growth hardware
• Strong technical understanding of energy product design and manufacturing
• Experience with mechanical engineering concepts and bottom-up cost modelling
• Executive presence with ability to articulate risks and recommendations to executives
• Thrive in launch-year conditions; decisive amid ambiguity and urgency
