Starship Propulsion Engineer

SpaceX is actively developing technologies to enable human life on Mars. The Propulsion Build Engineer role focuses on developing build processes and designs for high rate manufacturing of vehicle fluid systems. Responsibilities include creating tooling, engaging with design and build teams, and fabricating pressurized components. The role also involves testing, integration operations, and working closely with production technicians. Basic qualifications include a degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering and hands-on experience with fluid systems. Preferred skills encompass GD&T concepts, fluid mechanics, mechanical design, and CAD systems. The role requires physical dexterity, flexibility in working environments, and occasional travel to build sites.
