As part of the Alignerr Services team, you will lead the design and implementation of data labeling workflows, ensuring quality and accuracy across diverse domains. This remote, project-based role is ideal for professionals passionate about advancing artificial intelligence through human expertise and collaboration.

Job Overview

As an SME, you will leverage your deep domain knowledge to shape data workflows, develop contributor guidelines, and drive quality assurance for AI projects. You will manage expert teams, contribute to customer success, and play a key role in delivering high-quality human feedback for leading AI labs and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement project structures and labeling workflows tailored to specialized domains.
Develop clear contributor guidelines and quality assurance frameworks.
Define ideal contributor profiles and establish task acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure subject matter accuracy and project relevance.
Lead expert teams in delivering high-quality, domain-specific human feedback for AI advancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven expertise in Math, STEM, Programming, or Internationalization (i18n).
Experience designing or reviewing data workflows, educational content, or technical documentation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in data labeling, machine learning (ML), AI, or evaluation projects.
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple project priorities efficiently.
