Job Overview

Drive sales and business development for strategic accounts in the DACH region.
Leverage Airtable's no-code platform to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Work remotely with a collaborative, results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and grow strategic accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Understand client business needs and align them with Airtable solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech solutions.
Strong knowledge of the DACH market and local business practices.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in German and English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
