Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, Logistics

Define scalable logistics operating model and strategy across markets Own carrier performance and pricing; monitor metrics and rate structures Lead response to shipping disruptions; create scalable processes and playbooks Inform product/engineering roadmap; translate ops pain into requirements Shape carrier network strategy; evaluate gaps and manage vendor relations Partner cross-functionally with BD, Finance, Product, and Ops for data-driven decisions 8-10 years in strategy/operations (e.g., consulting, logistics) Direct logistics ops experience with multi-market shipping networks a plus Identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes and operating models Strong analytical judgment; SQL and analytics tools (Looker, Sigma, Hex) Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt across Product, Eng, Ops, leadership Comfort with ambiguity; built playbooks in high-growth environments Generous holiday and time off Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Work-from-home support and home office setup Monthly cell phone and internet allowance Retirement: 401k (US) and international pension Parental leave and family planning benefits
