• Proactively source engineering candidates
• Run initial phone screens
• Manage candidates through the recruiting pipeline
• Create early recruiting systems and processes
• Build and scale recruiting function with founders and leaders

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience recruiting senior software engineers
• Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills
• Track record of supporting high-volume or fast-paced hiring
• Experience working with startups or high-growth teams
• Comfortable working directly with founders and engineering leaders
