As a vital member of our customer support division, you will provide expert assistance to users, ensuring privacy-focused communication remains seamless and secure. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Job Overview

Remote, full-time contract position supporting Signal users nationwide.
Deliver outstanding technical support for privacy-centric communication tools.
Collaborate with diverse teams to resolve user issues and enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to technical inquiries via email, chat, and other channels.
Troubleshoot software and connectivity issues for users.
Document and escalate complex cases to engineering teams when necessary.
Educate users on privacy features and best practices.
Contribute to the improvement of support documentation and FAQs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in technical support or help desk roles.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with messaging apps and privacy tools.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Signal or similar encrypted communication platforms is a plus.
