Test Technician

Set up and operate environmental test equipment for stress screening. Execute reliability stress screening to precipitate latent defects. Monitor test parameters in real time, troubleshoot issues, and maintain test integrity. Document test results, log data, and sign off in ERP systems. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
• 2+ years hands-on experience in product test, preferably environmental testing of electronics
• Familiarity with hand tools, testing fixtures, and electronic equipment
• Ability to follow detailed test procedures and perform basic troubleshooting
• Proficiency with documentation and data logging; experience with ESD protocols and quality standards
