This remote, full-time position empowers you to drive customer satisfaction and adoption of GitLab’s comprehensive DevOps platform from anywhere in the United Kingdom. As a key contact for clients, you will help organizations maximize their use of GitLab and ensure their ongoing success.

Job Overview

Remote, full-time role based in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI).
Work directly with customers to enhance their experience and outcomes with GitLab’s DevOps solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor, promoting customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives.
Guide clients through onboarding and product adoption processes.
Identify opportunities for expansion and upsell within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges quickly.
Provide training and best practices to maximize customer value from GitLab.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of DevOps tools and processes.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably in a technical environment.
