Job Overview

Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery. Safely handle and restrain animals with compassion. Communicate with clients, including care instructions and updates.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians with patient care
• Handle and restrain animals with compassion
• Communicate with clients
• Perform lab work, radiographs, injections, IV catheter placements
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with medication dispensing

Requirements & Qualifications

• LVT certification
• Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately
• Knowledgeable about common disease states
• Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines
