Job Overview

As the User Acquisition Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the full-cycle management of Facebook advertising campaigns (with TikTok experience as a strong plus), identifying new growth opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition funnels. You'll work cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams to maximize campaign effectiveness in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Facebook user acquisition campaigns; expand to TikTok where applicable.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to drive user base expansion.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics and data insights.
Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and strategies.
Build and scale automation workflows for campaign efficiency (a plus).

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
Proven expertise with Facebook Ads; TikTok UA experience is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of UA funnels, metrics, and the mobile gaming landscape.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
Experience with UA automation workflows (preferred).
