We are seeking an experienced Recruiter for User Operations to manage the full-cycle recruiting process. You will partner with User Operations leaders to build effective hiring strategies across Trust & Safety, Support, and Risk functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for User Operations roles, from role definition to offer management.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies in collaboration with User Operations leaders.
  • Own top-of-funnel talent strategy by proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and specialized User Operations roles.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience and uphold diversity and inclusion throughout the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to ensure compliant and efficient recruiting practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house at high-growth companies.
  • Experience in hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, Support, Tech Support, or Fraud & Risk.
  • Proven success in building top-of-funnel pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with diverse teams across cultures.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
